IEEE members have a new tool to help gain a competitive edge in the employment process. IEEE Resume Lab is a new online service that allows IEEE members to develop a resume or curriculum vitae using specialized tools tailored for each step of the job seeking process. This new product is added to the list of offerings that assist members as they find jobs and develop their careers.

IEEE Resume Lab is designed with a series of modules that assist the member through the employment process. Key modules and features include:

        > Resumes - Select from a wide array of templates geared toward specific industries, sectors and

                                work experience.

        > Letters -    From cover letter to post-interview thank you letter, ensure optimal communication

                              throughout the hiring process.

 > Skills Assessment - Highlight the skills you possess, your competency in those skills, and what

IEEE Microsoft Software Development Network Academic Alliance for Students

IEEE, in partnership with Microsoft, is pleased to offer a wide selection of development software to IEEE Student members and Graduate Student members. The IEEE Microsoft Software Development Network Academic Alliance (MSDNAA) program offers the complimentary software as an IEEE Student member benefit. To qualify, the Student or Graduate Student member must meet the requirements of Student membership as defined by IEEE.

To access the MSDNAA, Student or Graduate Student members will now need to sign in with your IEEE credentials.
